unable to send PM to sarah4 although she is a listed member,

Have been trying all week to send PM to sarah4 but without success, is there any reason or am i doing something wrong?Gwen

I have just sent a PM to Sarah so it is working - are your message sitting in the PM OUTbox?
If so that means the message has been sent but not read.
When the message moves to the SENTbox that means Sarah has read it.

Thank you teebee Every time i checked my intended message the name sarah4 had a black x by it so i assumed it had not been
recognized. Thanks also for info regarding messages not registered as sent until they are read, there is nothing in my outbox.
